Dear Sir or Madam:
This is a request for a refund. I have enclosed my original software packaging, and a copy of the Vendor receipt from VioSoftware which clearly shows the Vendor name and address. My name and address are above. I have also enclosed a hard copy of my email correspondence with Stephen Holm, MS WGA Forum Manager and Will Jeffries, VioSoftware Sales, 1-888-617-9922. The short story on why I am returning the software is that your identification and authentication procedures have in my version of Vista, your support.microsft.com site and your MGADT software given inconsistent results. I was unable to start an email support request because your software said my product ID was invalid, yet when I called 1-800-426-9400, they said what I had was valid. I am requesting a full refund.
